Team manager Mladen Zizovic suffered a collapse and was given medical attention pitchside before being rushed to a healthcare center during his side's game at their opponents' ground on Monday
The top-tier contest went on but was abandoned shortly before the interval when word of the manager's demise arrived at the ground
Video of the contest showed team members and personnel from both sides in distress at the development
Previously a Bosnian international player, forty-four, was just named leader of the football club on late October
