Numerous individuals assembled throughout the country at pro-Palestinian protests, with organisers pledging to persist in activism after a peace arrangement facilitated by the American leader in Gaza seemed to be taking effect.

Sydney March Draws Large Crowd

In Australia's largest city, the Palestine Action Group said a crowd of 30,000 had protested from the central park to a nearby green space in the city center after a scheduled protest to the Opera House was prohibited by the legal authorities in recent days.

NSW police assessed a crowd of 8,000 joined the Sydney protest, with a official reporting there had been "no significant incidents".
