British Airways will offer no-cost fast onboard internet by way of satellite partnership
Passengers on this carrier will soon access fast connectivity in the air free of charge following a major partnership from SpaceX's space firm.

The carrier announced that this free, “fast and dependable” internet service via Starlink will be offered to travelers flying economy, business, and premium cabins as of the coming month.
Broad Deployment Over Multiple Carriers
The holding firm for BA, the airline group, confirmed it had finalized an agreement involving Starlink to provide wifi coverage on over 500 jets within its carriers, such as Aer Lingus, the Spanish carrier, plus the low-cost airline.

BA stated that the implementation for the technology was part of a seven billion pound “upgrade” plan and would offer lag-free connectivity coverage for travelers from the gate through arrival, including when traveling above large bodies of water and far-off locations.
